TriveniCo was built with your safety as the foundation. Every feature, every data flow, and every tool is designed to protect you, your customers, and the integrity of our marketplace.

1. Content Scanning & TrustScore

Every product listing is automatically scanned for prohibited keywords and brand-mimicking patterns. Stores earn a public TrustScore (0‑100) based on verified payment gateways, connected phone numbers, completed orders, and positive reviews. Stores below 20 points are hidden from the marketplace.

2. Emergency Reporting

Every storefront has a “Report this store” link. Three valid reports auto‑hide the store pending review. Urgent issues are flagged to our moderation team within minutes.

3. Transparent Takedowns

When content is removed, a public tombstone note is placed on the original URL explaining why (e.g., “Removed: Violated Acceptable Use Policy – counterfeit goods”). You can audit every removal on our Transparency Report.

4. Independent Audit Commitment

We commit to an annual independent review of our safety systems. The summary will be published here.
