1. Our commitment to transparency

TriveniCo is a commerce platform built on trust, and trust depends on openness about how TriveniCo handles demands for user data. This report explains the kinds of requests TriveniCo may receive, how they are evaluated, and the principles that guide every decision.

2. Categories of requests TriveniCo may receive

TriveniCo may receive a small number of formal requests, which generally fall into these categories:

  • Law enforcement requests, such as subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants seeking user or transaction data.
  • Government and regulatory requests from agencies acting within their legal authority.
  • Data subject requests from individuals exercising rights under laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA, including access, deletion, and correction.
  • Intellectual property requests, including DMCA takedown notices and trademark complaints.

3. How TriveniCo evaluates and responds

Every request is reviewed by trained staff before any data is disclosed. TriveniCo requires valid legal process, narrows the scope of any disclosure to only what the request actually covers, and rejects requests that are overbroad, unclear, or not grounded in applicable law. Where a request appears defective or exceeds authority, TriveniCo pushes back or declines to respond.

Data subject requests are processed through the channels described in the privacy policy, and TriveniCo verifies identity before acting on them.

4. Our principles

  • Minimize data. TriveniCo collects only what is needed to run the platform, so there is less to disclose in the first place.
  • Notify users where lawful. When TriveniCo receives a legal demand for a user's data, it notifies the user before responding, unless the law prohibits notice or an exception such as an imminent risk of harm applies.
  • Challenge where warranted. TriveniCo contests requests that are invalid, overbroad, or procedurally improper.
  • Report honestly. TriveniCo publishes what it can, when it can, without exaggeration or padding.

5. Statistics and reporting

TriveniCo is committed to publishing transparency figures, including the number and type of requests received and how TriveniCo responded to each, on a periodic basis.

This page does not currently list specific request counts. TriveniCo publishes transparency statistics periodically and will only ever publish figures that can be verified. No numbers are invented or estimated here; as verified data becomes available through the regular reporting cycle, it will be posted on this page with the date it reflects.
